Which yoga class should I attend?
With the help of yoga props, this yoga class provides an inclusive and accessible practice designed for beginners, office workers and those who may sit a lot during the day. We will be focusing on the basic concepts and postures in the yoga tradition. Students will learn about connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability.

In this gentle beginner-friendly course, we will learn the basic understanding of yoga, including physical practices (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and seated meditation. We will have an overview of different types of poses and learn how to inhale and exhale during the practice.
