Which yoga class should I attend?
Build confidence in your yoga practice from the ground up. This beginner-friendly class focuses on understanding the foundations of yoga through mindful movement and proper alignment. With an emphasis on strength, stability, and injury prevention, you'll develop body awareness, improve posture, and learn techniques you can carry into both your yoga practice and everyday life. Suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the basics.

This series is designed for beginners, or those who want to know the basics in yoga. We encourage everyone in the class to use props to maintain the integrity of the body. we will learn the basic understanding on the physical practices (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and seated meditation. We will have an overview of different types of poses and learn how to inhale and exhale during the practice.

This nourishing class fuses the dynamism of a smooth vinyasa class and a deep, relaxing restorative to release the mind and body stresses. Short meditation and breathing exercise will also be included. Perfect for calming the mind and cultivating your presence.
