I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, HOW SHOULD I BEGIN?
First of all, welcome to your personal yoga journey! Starting something new can be taunting. I host yoga for beginners every 3-4 months. You can subscribe to my newsletter for updated news. Alternatively, you may attend my Tuesday evening basic hatha class, or lunchtime yoga. Feel free to let me know before the class starts.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Yes, that would be the prefer option. You have to book the classes through the website.
However, you can also come to class and pay in-person.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING TO THE CLASS?
Please wear breathable and flexible pants or shorts, breathable top, sports bra if needed. There is a changing room at the studio if needed.
You are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mat. Otherwise, the studio will provide all the props needed. Also, do feel free to bring water and towel if you think is necessary.
HOW DO I BOOK AN ONLINE CLASS?
Go to 'Book Now' and select the class that you would like to attend. Follow the instruction and proceed with your online payment.
Upon booking, you will receive a video link with confirmation email. Join the class by clicking the link 5 mins before the class starts!
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
