This series is designed for beginners, or those who want to know the basics in yoga. This course is designed to be 4 Saturday mornings. In these 4 weeks, we will learn the basic understanding of yoga, including physical practices (asana), some breathing exercises (pranayama) and guided meditation.

This course is designed to be 4 Saturday mornings. In these 4 weeks, we will learn the basic understanding of yoga, including physical practices (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and seated meditation. We will have an overview of different types of poses and learn how to inhale and exhale during the practice.
This series is designed for beginners, or those who want to know the basics in yoga. We encourage everyone in the class to use props to maintain the integrity of the body. The studio will provide all the props needed.
