4 Week Beginner Yoga Course

Start: Thursday 6th - 27th March 2025

Time: 7:15-8:15pm weekly (you can attend all 4 sessions or drop in to class).


About the course

Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body types, or fitness level. 


There are studies showing so many benefits in practicing yoga. It helps increase flexibility in our bodies, it helps reduce stress and most importantly, it regulates emotions and fosters our peace.*
